Terms of use
These are the rules for using Dizzy Kitten. They are short on purpose. By making an account or playing, you agree to them.
Who we are
Dizzy Kitten is a small games site run from Guernsey by [operator name to be added]. You can reach us at [contact email to be added].
Playing
You can play without an account. Solo games and bot games work in your browser. Online games let you play with friends through a link or at open tables.
Accounts
- An account is optional. It saves your name, settings, scores and progress so they follow you from device to device.
- You sign in with an email link, or with a username and passcode if you made your account that way.
- You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.
- Keep your sign in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Account page.
Fair play
- Do not cheat, use bots or scripts to play for you, exploit bugs on purpose, or interfere with other people's games.
- Do not pick names or say things that are rude, hateful or impersonate someone else.
- We can remove scores, rename players, or close accounts that break these rules.
Online games are built so you can check afterwards that the shuffles and dice were fair.
No prizes
There are no cash prizes or paid entry. If that ever changes it will have its own separate rules.
The site
- Dizzy Kitten is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and bug free, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that nothing will go wrong.
- We may change, pause or stop parts of the site. If we ever offer paid features, anything you have already paid for will be dealt with fairly and in line with the law.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
Newsletter
The newsletter is separate and optional. We only send it if you tick the box, and every email has a link to stop it in one click. See the Privacy Notice.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again. The version number above tells you which one you accepted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey. That does not take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
